Algerbrush replacement Burrs, includes Chuck (except 1.0 mm pack). The Diamond grinding wheel is convenient for recurrent corneal erosion. The burr is used as a “brush” rather than a drill and the foreign bodies are thus “brushed” from the eye leaving a smooth surface, which in turn heals much faster than with other instruments that could be used for this purpose.
